The Garage Door Opener Does NOT Operate From The Wall Console.
- Verify that Sure-Lock™ is turned OFF.
- Check the power source.
- Test the power outlet with a lamp. If the lamp works, the power source is functional. If not, inspect the fuse or circuit breaker.
- If the power source is confirmed to be functional:
- Check connections at the powerhead terminals and wall console.
- Inspect for reversed, broken, or cut wires. Staples may damage insulation and cause shorts. Repair or replace as needed.
The Garage Door Opener Runs, But The Door Does Not Move.
- Ensure the carriage is engaged with the chain/belt bullet.
- Inspect the chain/belt for breakage or if it has come off the pulley.
- Check all remote controls for functionality.
- Replace remote batteries if needed.
- Reprogram remotes to the powerhead.
